After years of being a successful Hypnotherapist Cynthia has retired from active practice and is no longer seeing clients. She continues to be a contributor to the broader Hypnotherapy community and is currently focussing her energies on writing, researching and mentoring.

Through her own journey living with a life-threatening condition, Cynthia has first-hand experience and knowledge of the strength of the human mind.

Her philosophy is based on: 'what the mind agrees to, the body will respond.' It is this philosophy that has held true during her past years working as a Clinical Hypnotherapist; and it is a philosophy that she continues to embrace in this current phase of her professional and private life.
