CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note the treatment time you reserve are especially for you.
Should you wish to cancel our appointment, 24 hours notice is required.
Otherwise, a 50% fee will be charged.
WHAT
IF I AM LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late will cut into your session time. In consideration of
other clients your session will end on time. Should you arrive late,
full fees will still apply.
PAYMENT
Payable at the end of each session. We accept cash, cheque or credit
card (Visa or Mastercard). Due to increases in bank credit card processing
fees a $1.50 surcharge will apply to credit card transactions.
REFERRALS
At times, referral to other health care professionals may be suggested.
We work in conjunction with a broad range of qualified practitioners
to ensure our clients receive appropriate care at all times.
