Please note that the Gift Voucher has some conditions:
- Gift
voucher is valid for 12 months.
- Gift
voucher must be presented on the day of session.

If a gift voucher is lost please notify Channelled Growth as soon
as possible so that we may verify the voucher in our records.
- Gift
vouchers will not be honoured beyond the expiry date.
- 24
hours notice is required for change of appointment.
- Appointments
missed renders the gift voucher void.
- Gift
voucher is transferrable to another person.
