At Channelled … Growth we have assisted individual students from years 10, 11 and 12 with a myriad of issues from:

Exam stress and nerves
Real goal setting that will transfer to life after school
Lack of life focus and motivation

Helping them 'get back on track'

Increasing self-awareness and self-esteem
Presentation confidence

There is so much pressure on High School students to achieve high academic performance on top of juggling life and social stresses that it is now common for students to seek the assistance of a coach.

What can you expect?
Generally students gain maximum benefit from a three-session programme that could cover some or all of the items listed above.

For High School students we encourage a parent to be in attendance at least for the first part of session one and at the end of session three.

The first session could go for up to 60 minutes.

In-school programmes have been developed that bring lasting results for groups of students.

They are:
